Ahsoka’s Odyssey: The ambiguous fate of Ahsoka analyzed

THRAWN!
Sorry, I have what can only be described as Thrawn Tourettes after that Rebels season 3 trailer. Alas that is not quite what I have to discuss today.
First off, I won’t be so bold as to say that I’ve solved the mystery of Ahsoka and am now going to blow your mind. I mean, I still might blow your mind but I won’t count my mynocks before they hatch. Did that metaphor work? Do mynocks even come from eggs? Anyway, this isn’t your usual clickbait Star Wars theory and analysis reading way too much into little details and coming up with wild conjectures based on nothing. No no, this is all based on connecting the dots. After watching the panel from Celebration discussing Ahsoka’s untold tales something clicked in my mind and while I can’t say that I’ve figured it all out I will say this much… I definitely think I’m onto something. Shiloh, Matt and Jeffrey talk Hutts

So a week or two ago was Star Wars Hutt week, and if you missed it Jeffrey did some really nice writing about it on his site Imperial Talker . We liked it so much we asked him to join us for our own Hutt brainstorm…. a hutt-storm? Talking opinions and info about the slimy crime syndicate that held immense power in the galaxy.

Star Wars Rebels Season 2 Review

star-wars-rebels-season-2-poster-720x1062

Rebels had quite the roller coaster of a season this time around, by which I mean it was pretty up and down but ultimately a great ride. Building on the success of the smaller and more minimalist but thrilling first season, season 2 certainly gave us a load of great episodes but ultimately proved that bigger isn’t always better. Comic Review: Shattered Empire

Shattered Empire is a comic book that takes place right at the battle of Endor featured in Return of the Jedi. We are introduced to Poe Dameron`s parents Shara Bey and Kes Dameron, who are both pilots in the battle for the rebellion. Classic characters like Han Solo, Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker, Leia, Mon Mothma, Admiral Ackbar, C3Po, and R2-D2 are featured prominenetly as well. The very first page has an illustration of Vader fighting Luke Skywalker with the emperor watching on the second death star, which was my favorite illustration in the whole book.

Rebels review: Twilight of the Apprentice part 1 & 2

Words fail me… At least short concise sentences summing things up fail me.
From the trailers it was clear this finale was going to big BIG. And while I was certainly excited I was still cautious given how many ideas and characters they would be juggling in just 44 minutes. Other episodes have juggled too many elements and fallen flat in the past and I worried the finale might suffer the same results.
God, do I love it when I’m dead wrong with my cautious optimism. What we got had me nearly in tears from the emotional depth of this finale and wracking my brain with the new mysteries we have to solve.

all we had in 88

The Dark Times…

To younger Star Wars fans (and by younger I mean under 30 years old) they may not understand this Star Wars slang term that has a double meaning for canon and for fandom.
